Turbit Systems develops AI Monitoring Infrastructure for

wind turbines and has established itself as a technology leader in the active asset management space.

Your Role: 

As a Senior Account Executive, your objective is to generate net revenue for Turbit Systems by sourcing, prospecting, and closing owners and operators of wind turbines in Europe, which are willing to invest in more efficient operations and maintenance, increasing AEP (Annual Energy Production) per wind turbine. 


This role requires you to be hungry, coachable, persistent, and numbers-driven, but also creative, likable, persuasive, and willing to walk the extra mile. You will very likely excel when you feel the urge to move renewables forward.

Your Tasks

  • As the second woman or man on the ground, you will speed up go to market at Turbit with the initial sales team

  • You will independently research, source, and prospect potential customers

  • You will open doors & generate business in an underdeveloped market

  • You will be running cold outreach campaigns for new deals across multiple channels

  • You are fluent in English in writing and speaking

Your Profile

For the role, it is required to have at least four years of wind industry experience in a quota-carrying role. It is a plus when you have either experience selling wind turbines, spare parts, or software to investors and renewable corporates. 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Native German and fluent English skills.

  • A brave person that finds new, creative ways to sell disruptive innovation


  • SaaS Selling Experience (we know, this is quite rare in the wind industry)

  • technical Experience (wind turbines or AI)
