In this blog post, we'll delve into two major areas of enhancement: Frontend Improvements and Data Lake Improvement.
We've made several improvements to the frontend of our platform. Let's take a closer look:
1. Case Card Redesign We've refined the Case Card by streamlining information, removing less important fields, and optimizing when you can modify information.
Additionally, we've introduced the OEM Status - Resolution Stages Table, to provide you with a more intuitive way of tracking the status of repairs.
2. Event Card Simplification
The redesigned Event Card now contains only the most important data, ensuring that you can grasp relevant information more intuitively and decreasing loading time.
3. Turbine Info Enhancement
In the Turbine Info section, we've made label translation a priority. We've translated label hashes into label display names, enhancing the visibility of predicted root causes, so you can interpret and act upon the information.
Data Lake - Extracting Insights from Raw Data
Our Data Lake is at the heart of efficient data management. We've introduced two significant features to make it even more powerful:
1. Storing Empty Data for Debugging
We've enhanced our Data Lake's raw zone to include the storage of empty data. Every data connection attempt, successful or not, will now leave a record in our Data Lake.
Why is this important?
This feature empowers our internal teams to quickly pinpoint issues, reducing downtime and ensuring the uninterrupted flow of critical data. It makes troubleshooting data connection problems easier, enhancing the reliability of our platform and monitoring.
2. Versioning for Overlapping Raw Data
We've introduced a new versioning feature within our Data Lake that automatically tracks and manages different versions of incoming data.
How does it work?
With this feature, our Data Lake can seamlessly handle overlapping raw data without any deletions. It ensures that you always have access to the most up-to-date raw data without any data loss. This innovation comes with several benefits:
Improved data integrity: Our customers can rely on the accuracy and completeness of their data.
Faster access to the latest data: The ability to query the latest version of raw data quickly streamlines data analysis and reporting.
Minimized data management efforts: Eliminating the need for manual version tracking saves time and resources.
These monthly updates reflect our ongoing commitment to improving our platform. The frontend enhancements improve user experience, making navigation and data interpretation smoother. Simultaneously, the improvements to our Data Lake provide us with more robust tools to manage the data effectively, ensuring data reliability and streamlining data analysis. We're excited about these enhancements and look forward to continuing to better your experience with our platform.
Ongoing important topics are the Case Notification Project, our CoPilot, and Infrastructure Developments. Stay tuned for updates on these three areas and more news next month!
